Dust is the unwanted by product of any conversion process. Efficient capture and removal is critical for operator health and production efficiency. Standard filtration systems suffer from poor performance and high maintenance costs. Our solution is a comprehensive range of 'self regenerating' automatic filters. Air is extracted at key areas throughout the converting line returned to the plant where the dust is removed and the air can either be exhausted or returned to the room. We can also add heating, cooling and humidification as required to stabilise production conditions.
