There is a potential problem in many of today’s factories and commercial laundries overhead structures overhead structures are not thoroughly cleaned causing a hazardous build up of materials and the results can be disastrous but there is a solution Circulaire® from Luwa.

For the initial operation it is recommended that all machinery is covered over and operators leave the area.
The initial (20 - 30 minute) run will clean dust from areas previously untouched. High quantities of dust will be disturbed into the air - once the air clears the initial large dust quantity will have settled out at low level. The low level dust can now be safely be cleaned by operators and the machines can be uncovered.
Once the initial run and clean-down has been completed you can operate the Circulaires to suit your manufacturing requirements. We have customers that run the units prior to cleaning at the end of each shift, others run them continuously.
