Maintaining stable temperature, humidity and cleanliness within the production space is essential for maintaining high weaving efficiencies and a good level of operator comfort.

We achieve this by applying years of air engineering 'know how'. Conditioned air is supplied to the space with specialised diffusers over the weaving area and returning air from directly under the looms to automatic filters for cleaning and conditioning.

The process requires an air conditioning system to meet cooling load demand of

  • The installed looms
  • Lighting
  • Personnel occupancy
  • Outdoor design conditions
  • Adding sufficient moisture to maintain high humidity levels

Automatic (regenerating) final filters which remove the dust from the air whilst maintaining the air volume.

Waste separators are applied for waste dust removal and fibre reclamation where possible.

Evaporative 'free' cooling sections maintain close control of temperature and humidity.

Spinning is one of the most demanding textile processes. Machinery efficiencies are easily affected by the high levels of fine micro dust and fly thrown off from the yarn during the spinning process.

Our solutions apply automatic filters to remove airborne fibres and fine dust to meet required dust levels for worker protection. Yarn quality is controlled for humidity and temperature for good fibre handling in accordance with machinery manufacturer’s requirements.

The Spinning process requires air conditioning to meet cooling load demand of

  • The installed spinning and winding equipment
  • Lighting
  • Personnel occupancy
  • Outdoor design conditions
  • Maintaining relative humidity to a constant level (often ~55%)

A Pre-Filter is used to recover the fibres and a Fine Filter is used to filter the dust, this configuration is used for all kind of Fibres.
