Electrical Panel Cooling

Reduce Panel Temperatures

Modern manufacturing machinery control panels generate high temperatures.

These must be reduced to ensure continuity of production.

Traditional systems use air conditioning units mounted to panels.

Our energy efficient system uses filtered room / fresh air from adjacent areas to achieve cooling across multiple panels from a single source. 

For high demand users we can further add mechanical cooling as required.


  • Prevent dust accumulation in control and starter panels
  • Replace multiple panel cooling motors with one centralised system
  • Increase over pressurisation - compared to bolt-on systems
  • Reduce panel cleaning and maintenance
  • Reduce fire hazard due to dust build up

Two Stage Filtration

Our compact systems clean air using two stages of filtration. The air is moved by efficient axial flow fan units with inlet at outlet attenuation.

Filter pressure is monitored by a digital pressure transmitter and the fan speed can be varied to maintain a constant air flow to the panels.


Touch Screen Control

We can supply a variety of monitoring options to relay the internal control panel temperature back to operators. The temperature can be used to reduce the supply air flow saving energy during cooler periods.
